§Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.aacgroup.ie ("the Site"), which is operated by AAC Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
These Terms do not govern our contracts for construction services — those are agreed separately and take precedence in any conflict.
§Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful personal and business purposes — for example, to learn about our services, view our projects, contact us or apply for a role.
You may not:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable Irish, EU or other law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it sits on or any connected database;
- Transmit, or procure the sending of, unsolicited advertising or any material designed to harm or disrupt;
- Use automated scraping, harvesting or data-mining tools without our prior written consent;
- Use the Site or its content to compete with us or to misrepresent your relationship with AAC Group.
§Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, video, project photography, design and code — is owned by or licensed to AAC Group and is protected by Irish and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
The AAC Group name, the AAC mark and "Never Fail To Deliver" are trademarks of AAC Group. You may not use them, or any other content on this Site, for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
§Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date, but the Site is provided on an "as is" basis. Project metrics, programme dates, sector descriptions and similar content are illustrative and may change.
Nothing on this Site constitutes professional advice (engineering, legal, financial or otherwise) on which you should rely without confirming it with us directly.
§Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external sites operated by third parties. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
§Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAC Group, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including any reliance placed on the information it contains.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Irish law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
§Privacy & cookies
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
§Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and date at the top of this page show when they were last reviewed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
§Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
